All the cmu walls were wrap with an air vapour
barrier, and 7oz copper fabric flashing was installed on top of the second course of granite.
Some back fill had to take place sooner than expected in
order to provide the grade for the Cat back up power supply.
Air vapor barrier was installed and courting 7oz
copper fabric flashing after two courses of granite was installed.
The first two course,s of granite were back filled with crushed
stone aggregate up to were the flashing was installed.
